SUMMARY
MEMBER SERVICES FROM I.C. SYSTEM

  Endorsement

I.C. System accounts receivable services provides members with a legal and ethical debt collection alternative, in an industry not famous for sensitivity in dealing with debtors.
  Debt Collection Services

Members choose from two programs.
  1. Premier Collect is a program designed to maximize debt recovery, in the shortest possible time, by using the full range of legal and ethical collection methods available. Most members pay for these services via a commission charged on actual collections made. Practices too small to otherwise qualify, can obtain access to our services and fee structure by paying a service fee.

  2. Recovery Plus is a specialized program designed to collect debts while safeguarding business relationships. This is achieved by limiting debtor contacts to written communications, with an option to employ more intensive methods later. Members pay a service fee, but no commission on debts collected by the letters. They pay a commission for collecting only the debts they select for intensive activity.
  Training and Educational Services

Member offices that employ in-house collectors can improve staff productivity with self-study training and seminars created by I.C. System.
  1. High Road to Collections is a self-study training course and reference guide for debt collectors.

  2. Seminars and workshops on accounts receivable teach persuasive collection techniques that are appropriate for personnel to use. These methods are different from those employed by collection agencies and attorneys.
