Little Dogs 2026 brought our membership to one of the most spectacular settings Nevada has to offer— Lake Tahoe—and the event delivered in every way that matters. From substantive educational programming to meaningful relationship-building to an evening that reminded all of us why this association is worth investing in, Little Dogs proved once again that ECAN knows how to bring its people together. The conference featured an outstanding lineup of speakers and sessions that addressed some of the most pressing issues facing our industry today. Attendees heard directly from experts on payment card skimming—a threat that continues to evolve in sophistication and cost our members real money. The conversation moved from awareness into actionable prevention strategies, and feedback from members was overwhelmingly positive. We also hosted a timely and important session on transformational insurance reform. The dialogue at Little Dogs helped frame what those changes mean for Nevada operators specifically, and we will continue that conversation as reform efforts move forward. An Evening for Governor Lombardo Little Dogs 2026 also gave us the opportunity to do something our industry does not do enough of: invest directly in the leaders who fight for us. Investing in his reelection is not just a political act—it is an industry act. We encourage every ECAN member to make their voice heard and their support known. Leaders who understand us and stand with us deserve our backing. General Election: November 3rd— Stay Engaged Nevada’s general election is November 3rd, and the stakes could not be higher for our industry. Across the ballot, races for state legislative seats, constitutional offices, and local positions will determine who shapes policy in Carson City for the next two to four years—and that means who shapes the regulatory and legislative environment ECAN members operate in every day. ECAN has been actively engaged throughout this election cycle—building relationships with candidates, educating elected officials on the is- sues that matter to our membership, and ensuring that energy marketers and convenience operators have a seat at the table. That work does not stop on Election Day. Following November 3rd, we will provide our membership with a comprehensive election up-
