Dinner was served during golf in the bays.We are excited for our fresh future.All attendees had a delightful evening of fun and fellowship.Easy Holiday Recipe that is always a hit!Spinach and Artichoke Dip workweeklunch. 14 oz canned artichokes drained, squeezed of Enjoy!com/spinach-and-artichoke-dip-recipe/ excess water, and roughly choppedIngredients: Salt and pepper to tasteCooking Spray Instructions:8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature Prepare a 1.5 quart/liter baking dish (9x91/3 cup sour cream or smaller) with cooking spray.1 Tbsp mayo optional, Preheat oven to 375 oF.or sub more sour cream In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamcup mozzarella cheese shredded cheese, sour cream, and mayo until it is 1/3 cup parmesan grated smooth. Fold inof the mozzarella, parme-san,of the garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, 2 cloves garlic minced, divided spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix everything 1 Tbsp parsley, plus more for garnish until well combined. Taste the mixture and 1 tsp red pepper flakes (skip if you dont like heat) add salt and pepper if necessary. 10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and Transfer the dip to a prepared baking dish. drained well Smooth the mixture evenly and top withthe remaining mozzarella and garlic.
